Dr. Gregory Gagnon, University of North Dakota and Research Associate, Loyola University will discuss Native Americans in Louisiana.  "More Than 8,000 Years: Native Americans in Louisiana" will begin at 6 pm at the Nix Library, 1401 S. Carrollton Ave. Dr. Gagnon is author of several works on Native Americans including Sioux Culture and Society and co-author of  Native Peoples of the Northern Plains.
